Booking Rules

 

  1. Active Membership Required: All players must have a valid, active membership to book or join any reservation.

  2. Mandatory Check-In: All members must check in via the CourtReserve system before their reservation time to confirm their attendance.

  3. PIN Code Access: Members will receive a unique PIN code via email for keypad entry, linked to their verified membership.

  4. No Unregistered Players: Only members are allowed to create bookings. Non-members or unregistered individuals are not permitted.

  5. Enforcement and Penalties: If any violations made in the building by any players, it will result in booking cancellations and possible membership suspension for the individual who reserved the session. We have rules posted inside the building, please read them!

  • What should I do if I don’t receive my PIN code?

    Check your spam folder, and if it’s still missing, contact our support.

  • Can I bring a guest who’s not a member?

    Unfortunately, all players must be members to ensure a smooth booking experience.

  • What if I need to cancel my booking?

    Cancellations must be made through CourtReserve.

  • How do I update my membership details?

    You can update your profile directly through the CourtReserve app or website.
